General Purpose Road Tankers

These vehicles are the most versatile road tankers available, with a product list in excess of 1,000. The straight cylindrical design offers the lowest possible tare weight – maximising payload, the shortest possible overall length – less shipping costs if used on ferry work.

The stepped cylindrical design offers a lower centre of gravity (approximately 300 mm.) – overall height is lower, improving access where pipe bridges are used etc. This design also offers greater fuel economy and because of improved roll stability, longer tyre wear.
